If you have a list of tags that you want to add to your products, you can bulk import them. If you don't find the following function, please contact us to enable it.

To import tags, navigate to "Settings" in the top right corner and open "Account Setup". Here you can find the "Import tags" option.

You need to add all the tags that you want to import, along with the products' identifier (either GTIN, ID, ITEM GROUP ID, MPN, or SKU) to a Google Sheet. It is important, that your identifier column is named the exact same way as in PriceShape, for example: GTIN and NOT gtin, or Gtin! The column with the tags needs to be named "Tags".

Allow access of the sheet to "Anyone with the link".

Paste in the link to the Google Sheet and choose your Identifier. Click "Add".

Now the tags should be applied to your products in the account.
